Access and Inclusion in Dual Language Education

The purpose of this conference is to create the opportunity for dual language educators to network and collaborate, increase our professional development, share instructional methods that promote bilingualism and multiculturalism, disseminate current research, and learn new ways to reach out to families and communities.

This conference is dedicated to supporting each other as we face the challenges of distance teaching and learning for Dual Language programs.  It provides an opportunity for colleagues to share their successes from this past spring and to network and collaborate as we move forward during this new reality.

The go-to-conference for content based academic language instruction strategies, authentic literacy materials & vendors, current research on translanguaging and metalinguistic learning. Providing over 45 years of content based academic language sessions to the bilingual/dual language education community!

HACU’s Annual Conference provides a unique forum for the sharing of information and ideas for the best and most promising practices in the education of Hispanics.

The ACTFL Annual Convention and World Languages Expo is where language educators from around the world come to meet! This global event brings together more than 7,000 language educators from all languages, levels, and assignments. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive professional development experience that will have an impact on language educators at all levels of teaching and in turn help their students to succeed in their language learning process.

The 28th Annual Two-Way Bilingual Immersion Conference will be held from Thursday, October 15th through Saturday, October 17th, 2020 at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside, CA. This conference will offer powerful keynote speakers and innovative breakout sessions led by leaders in the Two-Way & Dual Language Education.  Dozens of exhibitors and vendors throughout the conference space will showcase the latest instructional materials and programs for you to review.
