Elementary Spanish Dual Language Immersion Teachers – New Hope, MN
Robbinsdale Area Schools is seeking experienced bilingual and bi-literate teachers committed to equity and closing the opportunity gap to teach in the district’s Spanish Dual Language Immersion programs at Robbinsdale Spanish Immersion School and Northport Elementary School.
We are currently accepting applications from external teacher candidates to fill positions for the 2020-21 school year. This is a pool posting.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate effective knowledge of and is sensitive to the needs of a diverse student population
- Familiar with second language acquisition and pedagogy
- Experience with balanced literacy and biliteracy instruction
- Deliver standards-based instruction
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Minnesota teaching license in Elementary Education or ability to obtain one
- Native or native-like proficiency in Spanish (ACTFL Advanced /Superior Levels)
- Elementary teaching experience
- Previous experience in a Dual Language Immersion program preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education preferred
