La Cosecha 2012, scheduled for November 7-10, 2012, marks the 17th anniversary of this annual conference which brings together educators, parents, researchers, students and practitioners who support dual language programs. We offer the opportunity to share our experience and knowledge, and to network and "harvest" the best our multilingual communities have to offer. La Cosecha 2012 will serve over 1,500 participants from throughout the world, U.S., Southwest and West, (California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas), as well as other regions throughout the U.S. Our participants represent two-way immersion, developmental bilingual, and heritage language immersion programs.
We welcome conference sponsors whose instructional materials and literature focus on home language, and ESL/SSL, ELD/SLD, and multicultural instruction. Dual Language educators who attend La Cosecha conferences are looking for literature and content area materials for grades Pre-K-12 in Spanish, and other native languages of New Mexico, ESL/ELD, SSL/SLD instructional and multicultural materials.

Exhibit Logistics
- The cost to exhibit at La Cosecha 2012 is $575 for commercial vendors and $275 for non-profit vendors.
- The full cost of the tables requested must be submitted with the proposal.
- Sponsors will be allotted the numbers of tables according to the level of their sponsorship. Note: additional tables may be purchased following sponsor criteria.
- Each exhibitor selected will be limited to one table top space with two (2) chairs.
- 8' foot table; All materials must be displayed within this area. (10'X8')
- Displays may not project beyond the edge of the table and may not exceed 4 feet in height. Display materials will not be permitted in front or behind the table.
- Free standing displays and magazine/book racks located behind the tables are allowed.
*Checks will be returned to exhibitors not selected.
